By accessing or using RepoDigest (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
RepoDigest is a software-as-a-service product that connects to your GitHub account, reads repository activity, and sends automated email digests to a list of recipients you specify. The Service processes publicly and privately accessible repository data on your behalf using the permissions you grant.
You must authenticate using a valid GitHub account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@repodigest.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Pricing and features are subject to change at any time. We may update our plans, pricing, or included features at our discretion. We will notify users of material changes in advance via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your GitHub data only to generate digests as configured by you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepoDigest and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your repository data and content remain your property at all times.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepoDigest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
